Strategic Planning Empty Strategic Planning

Post  fegbdf Wed Sep 26, 2007 7:19 pm

Well, I am happy to say I am improving and will be up to speed shortly.

And then look out. We are going to move forward at full throttle and were going to gain full profitability for everyone that grabs on. And after that

were going to to get the rest of the team kicking and screaming until they are succeeding along side of us.

You know a good thing takes time. First we have a learning curve to adapt to. Then we have a marketing philosophy to build on. One that we know

gives us the best bang for our dollar and time investment. Then we have to develop a instruction methodology that we can utilize to insure a

positive relationship to our downlines so they can forge ahead with our support and develop their downlines. And then they become us and every

time one of them succeeds in becoming a leader the more accellerated our downlines develop and the easier and more successful we all become.

Well there it is a Strategic Plan in general terms.

Purpose: What are the object(s) of our plan.

1/ To gain full profitability

2/ Pass this profitability on to our downlines

Method(s): What is our Path to achieving our Purpose?

1/ Learning Curve: Learn all avenues of signing up new members.

2/ Learning Curve: Learn basic concept and payplan to GreenWiz

3/ Learning Curve: Learn basic concept and payplan to Cookin-Fun

Marketing Philosophy: How to develop sales plan.

1/ Take advantage of Co-op sales plan.

2/ How to develop ads for Google.

3/ How to research other advertising methods. (Search Engines, etc.)

Developing our Downline:

1/ Sign up our First three.

2/ Instructing our First three to all of the above.

This is the outline in detail of the initial part of our plan.

Next we will discuss the financial part of our Plan and The TimeLine of our successes.

To begin we are going to have Conference Calls.

Here is where our Sponsors will introduce us to new Ideas

answer our questions and help us to begin our planning in a structured manner

This is the beginning of our Learning Curve so do not miss Conference Calls

If we do , they will be recorded so we can listen to them repeatedly.

We will meet the support persons and get their email addresses for personal support.

We should also use the Forum for the exchange of ideas and to offer as well as ask for support.

Later Joe

These loosely organized Posts will eventually form into our structured Strategic Plan.

Please have patience. A lot of information and learning must take place before we

can organize our Formal Plan.

Sorry to butt in here Joe, but you bring up a very good point here, and so everyone knows, we are setting up a conference line so we can easily include ALL our members. It will enable us all to meet in an on-line conference room and on the phone. There is a ton in the works at the moment. Conference line should be set up within the next couple of weeks.

Strategic Planning Empty Temporary Hold

Post  fegbdf Thu Oct 04, 2007 7:00 pm

Hi Teams,

Our Strategic Plan should parallel the plan of our whole organization and as specified above,

there is much ahead as far as what is planned by our organization. Therefore it would be most prudent

for us to have a little patience and see what is coming so that we can incorporate everything that

will be available to us in our own Stratecic Planning.

Fred and I will both be posting to this thread in the future.
