Funding options for GreenWiz, the first company in the Stair Step System, has had some challenges for some of our members, especially our International Members. We have found solutions to these problems very quickly. If you are having any difficulty with this, please let us know.

For USA Members, Alert Pay seems to work very well. It takes about a week to get verified through their system, but once verified, funding is simple. One point to make regarding Alert Pay that will help in avoiding some difficulties is to make a note that they require 2 passwords when creating an account. The first is your "Primary Password". This is the password that is used when logging into your account. The second is your "Transaction Password". This is the password that must be used in order to receive and send funds, in and out of your Alert Pay Account. If you happen to forget or lose this "Transaction Password", you can call or email Alert Pay, and they will send you another one. You CAN NOT use the Lost Password function on their site to retreive this password. To reach Alert Pay, you can call them at (514)748-5774, or email at customersupport@alertpay.com.
So do your best to hold onto these passwords after signing up. Alert Pay is also going to be adding Credit Card Funding soon.

Solid Trust Pay is another very good method to fund your GreenWiz account. Our International Members are able to fund their accounts without any problems through them, once verified. STP enables Credit Card Funding, once verified.

There are other good methods for funding GreenWiz on their site. You can also use checks, E-Gold and E-Bullion. The best, most affordable way to fund your GreenWiz account is to pay for 3 or more months at a time. It cuts way back on the fees for using the payment processor's services, and you don't have to worry about payments for that long of time.

On a final note, if you are paying or intend to pay by check, DO NOT USE Safe-Pay Solutions. They have a problem with routing numbers, especially with non-USA residents. We have had members who had their checks "bounce" because of this "glitch".

Again, if you have any questions on the best way to fund your account, please ask, and we will be sure to point you in the right direction.
