Website For Our Team.

I would like to get some feedback on a website I am attempting to design for our entire Income Stragtegies Team:

It will have links for our rotator, forum, and more information on how we are operating and helping to build our Teams, as a Team. And will be enabled for use by any of our members once it is completed. I am trying to keep it as simple as possible, so prospects who view it will feel comfortable, encouraged, and confident of what we have to offer.
I still have some work to do on it, so you will see some information on there from the hosting company on the page as well. The main focus is "Does It Grab Your Attention, and If you saw it for the first Time, would you Continue reading the entire Page?" We want to make it attractive enough to grab the attention of any and all marketer's.
We have a lot in the Works for everyone here to be successful, and will continue to share all the info as it becomes avaliable.
I am also looking for some of our Members to add to our testimony section on the site. If you would like me to add a testimony, please send me an email or PM here in the forum, and I will post it on the site, along with you Stair Step Splash Page.

Hi Fred, my immediate impression of this website was that it was too busy ie too many different fonts and over-formatted. However, the content is great and kept me reading. Graphic header is good because it emphasises the lifestyle that (most) peopole desire.

Thanks for that Kerrie. You are the second person who recommended toning down the colors. I am going to start testing it and seeing what kind of results we get. I will work on adjusting some of the color schemes and font sizes and styles as well.
